DESCRIPTION
The innovative Belt Squat Machine provides a comprehensive leg and glute workout without the strain of a barbell on your back. Simply load the weight pegs, step onto the platform, hook the cable to the supplied belt, and start squatting. The spacious deckplate ensures safety and stability, allowing for a range of stances, including athletic, sumo, split, staggered, box squats, and stationary lunges. Unlike other machines with limited motion or small footplates, this one gives you the freedom to perform various exercises.
By swapping the belt for other attachments, you can unlock the full versatility of the Belt Squat Machine. Attach web handles for pull-throughs, a V-grip for deep grip pulls, a straight bar for shrugs and deadlifts, or a single hand grip for rows, curls, and tricep extensions. You can even add a lat pulldown bar for Zercher squats.
Constructed from 2x2 and 3x3-inch 11-gauge steel, the Belt Squat Machine is built for strength and durability with minimal bolts for added rigidity. It includes an adjustable heavy-duty belt with padding for comfort and a robust attachment point.
The unweighted carriage weighs approximately 35 pounds.
